Agamed's water bill is made up of a fixed service fee and a variable amount depending on consumption. The rate includes all the costs derived from the urban water cycle: from the collection of water from rivers or reservoirs, its purification and distribution to our homes to its subsequent treatment and return to the natural environment.

Water supply and contact details

Contract details:
- We inform you of the water supply contract number. It is very important to communicate it in order to carry out any management related to the service.
- The contract number appears in the bank notes when the payment is made through your bank. It also shows the person who is the contract holder and their NIF, as well as the supply address of the billed property.
- It is very important that the person holding the contract is the person who owns or uses the service, as their name is necessary for any management.

Billing details:
- We inform you of the invoice number, invoice period and date of invoice issue.

- We inform you of the customer service channels: office, telephone, whatsapp and Agamed website.
Tax concepts and consumption information and notices

Billed Items:
- Generally, billing is quarterly throughout the municipality. However, depending on consumption and current regulations, there may be contracts with monthly billing. Each bill shows separate items according to the issuer of each item:
* Water: The service fee and consumption is billed by blocks with a progressive price applied to encourage responsible water use.
* Meter maintenance: This item corresponds to the maintenance and upkeep of the meter. Its price depends on its caliber.
* Sewerage: The service fee and consumption is billed by blocks.
* Sewerage charge: This is a tax resource of the Generalitat Valenciana. It has a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on water consumption.
* VAT: In the bill you will find several VAT rates: 10% is applied to the water and sewerage concepts and 21% to the meter maintenance. The autonomous rate is exempt from VAT as it is a tribute.

Consumption and Bill Details:
- We inform you of the meter number and diameter, the date of the previous reading and the date of the current reading. The difference is used to calculate your consumption in cubic metres (1,000 litres). We inform you of the rates applied on the bill for each item and their publication.

Notice Message:
- We inform you of any incident concerning your supply. For example, that the meter has been replaced, that documentation is missing, etc.

Your Consumption:
- We inform you about your average water consumption, and we show you a historical series of consumption so that you can see how it has evolved.
Service information and payment details

Service information:
- This section is reserved for any information about the service or for communication campaigns on the good use of water. Here you will find very practical information.

Payment details:
- If you have a direct debit bill, we will inform you of the account number to which the bill will be debited. Some digits are hidden to guarantee the confidentiality of the information.
- If you do not have a direct debit bill, you will have the numerical and bar code of the payment and information on the collaborating entities where you can make the payment.
